CORRECT FOR HALF TRACKS TO SOME EXTENT, BUT M6 PEDESTAL MUST BE MODIFIED BY MAKING IT TALLER. NO PROBLEM SINCE YOU PROVIDE THE CENTER PIPE IN THE M6 KIT!

NOTE: THE MAC M6 MOUNT IS NOT DESIGNED FOR USE WITH A REAL OR DEMILLED GUN. THE MAC M3 REPLICA IS LIGHTER, AND DOES NOT FIRE ANYTHING (NO RECOIL), SO THE MOUNT IS NOT DESIGNED FOR THAT KIND OF STRESSES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE IT FOR THAT PURPOSE.
BASEPLATE SHOWN IN THE DRAWINGS IS NOT INCLUDED, IT'S JUST A RECTANGULAR PLATE CUT AND DRILLED TO FIT YOUR VEHICLE. THERE WERE SEVERAL SIZES USED, SO MY KIT SHOWS YOU HOW TO DETERMINE HOW TO FABRICATE THIS SIMPLE PIECE.

MAC M6 SHIELD (SLOPED)
* I know it sounds crazy, but you need the towed kit, too, the M6 mount kit and the M6 angled shield kit. But for your WC vehicle, you would not assemble the towed gun carriage parts or shield assy. I don't have a way to easily break the towed kit down since they are cut by a contractor in a "nest" of parts. The good news is you really wouldn't be losing much money or parts because the kit doesn't come with the axle assy, trail legs, etc. and so you just simply would not use a few parts that come with it for the carriage. The gun then would sit on the M6 mount, and you'd install the M6 angled shield.
Here are benefits:

Don't buy the angled shield, yet...use the flat one that comes in the towed kit. It is correct for early WC mounted guns! Add the M6 angled shield later if you desire.
Also, go ahead and build your carriage, so now you have TWO usable platforms and can interchange your gun between them in about 15 minutes!
