CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE OF IMITATION FIREARMS

The following conditions must be read, understood, and acknowledged by your signature prior to shipment of your imitation (replica) firearm. Without receipt of this document, Mac Systems Replicas cannot proceed with your order.

I understand that it is my responsibility to verify that the purchase and receipt of an imitation firearm meets all local, county, city, municipal and state laws for the place in which it will be shipped to and used. This imitation firearm will be used for theatrical, television, or movie industry, or for military historical purposes.

I understand that this imitation firearm will have a permanently installed plug in the muzzle, recessed no more than 6mm (or 7/32”) from the end, painted blaze orange. This plug complies with United States Code, Title 15, Section 5001. This product may be mistaken for a firearm by law enforcement officers or others, and altering the coloration or markings required by state or federal law or regulations so as to make the product look more like a firearm is dangerous, and may be a crime, and that brandishing or displaying the product in public may cause confusion and may be a crime in some states.   Removal or alteration of this plug by the customer is not the responsibility of Mac Systems Replicas, and is beyond their control. I testify that this imitation firearm will be used only for peaceful, legal purposes, and that I will use it in accordance with all local, county, city, municipal and state laws. 

I testify that it will not be used in any activity considered subversive to the United States, nor to the rights of other individuals to whom it may be exposed. I testify that it will not be used in the commission of any crime. I understand that this imitation firearm may be appear or be considered by others as an actual firearm, and that I will exhibit responsibility and common sense with the use of it. 

I certify that I am 18 years old or older and have no legal liability so that I may order this replica.

NOTE: Current and future response of Law Enforcement to imitation firearms varies drastically from officer to officer, place to place, and you have the responsibility to avoid potentially embarrassing, dangerous, or expensive legal situations brought on by poor judgment or the appearance of inappropriate activity.
